i hope people are hungry on Saturday

4 racks of ribs

1 beef rib

6kg brisket

2 shoulders of pork

will be cooked low and slow, brisket for about 12-14 hours, shoulders for 8-10 hours, ribs a little less

in the meantime i now need to research a couple of recipes to cook for tonight in the thermomix, which is due to arrive in the next 59 minutes (assuming the courier's text is correct)

FFS. my mum has a lot to answer for making me miss this :(
