I find flipping my shit makes people take heed a bit. I do look like I'm about to commit murder on my bike though.
Like the other day Up Camden/Delancey st, same corner as the recent death, tipper truck indicating for ages before moving off, I'm waiting behind when two guys come up on the left and the first one moves right up into the kill zone with his friend not uttering a peep. I just lost it, which seemed to snap the first guy back into reality and he toppled over onto the pavement.
I just carried on shouting at him asking what the fuck was he thinking. He and his mate seemed to take it to heart.
it might be an overly aggressive approach, but I'm not in a hurry to witness someone end up under a truck again.
