Is it time to start calling out bad cyclists?

There is a guy/lass at work who is far from courteous after work each day (when its sunny so he/she will ride) he/she locks there lock tho the rack preventing anyone else using that space, which is dickish on a communal rack but what's worse is he/she runs the cable through the bay to the left so that they have space to walk down the side of their bike....

Do the same with your lock (in the same space) overnight (if there's space). Hopefully it will make the point.

Otherwise leave a passive aggressive note and be done with it.
