There is a guy/lass at work who is far from courteous after work each day (when its sunny so he/she will ride) he/she locks there lock tho the rack preventing anyone else using that space, which is dickish on a communal rack but what's worse is he/she runs the cable through the bay to the left so that they have space to walk down the side of their bike...
there is a rail which people may leave locks on so there is no excuse other than to dibs a space.
