So, this car was pulling into Kwikfit without looking around (which is probably correlated with being someone who pulls in there a lot) and had a fake plate (which is probably correlated with being someone who can make up number plates, and is certainly correlated with being unscrupulous and dishonest)
It sounds like the driver may work in the Kwikfit.
