Dynamo -> rear lamp wiring. along the chain stay, up the rack leg, down the mudguard
This is a great suggestion (or just cable from nds chainstay to mudguard stay) for what to do with these, whether or not the guides were originally intended for gear cables on an orbit type thing.
Could also be cables for a drag brake, such as are commonly found on tandems ... maybe if heavily loaded the original owner liked to have a friction levered brake.
The frame has a front derailleur mount so the Orbit hub seems less likely.
