Sturmey archer cranks with 46t stronglight ring. Barely used £30

Sorry for the picture delays, had a bit of dog drama last night/this morning so after spending way too much time in the vet over the past 24 hours I'm now working until 9. I'll try and get some shots up this evening but please forgive me of I don't as I am totally shattered!

Not finding it as comfy as what came off but that might be as the seat post is a little higher than I think it should be...will give it a few more rides

I have a really slim genesis saddle and an old rolls. I have to significantly lower the seatpost for the rolls as it's a lot chunkier. Lower it and give it a whirl, turbos are super comfy

I HAVE a Camelbak 1.5L Hydropak what I want to get rid of. Literally used it once and barely then as I only used it as a second supply after my bottle ran out. I have thoroughly cleaned it out with a good dose of hot water and Milton. Selling because I didn't like the way it fitted.
Offering it for £15 although open to offers. Can meet in Norwich (evenings or weekends).

^ Laurenced, I have a 55 square 531 road frame (no braze ons or anything, perfect for conversion) and some track ends if you're interested? It was originally my plan to bring it to Pat at Limit Fabrication and get the track ends put on myself. I can't remember exactly how much the job would be but I seem to remember £40? Alex or Kieran might remember! (Thross78 & 12ounce)
