The HWY 1 is a nice fit, short enough reach to allow a longer stem if necessary, and a lovely bend that's comfortable enough to stay in the drop all day.
Is there's a reason why you're limited to 26mm clamp? as there are some bar with a 70mm reach (125mm drop) that'll removed 15mm reach.
