Here we have an antique beauty.. an ultra rare pre-war stayer frame..
700c/650c Found in Paris in an old shop! already restored from the owner in gloss white.. no chips, no dents, no everything!
Seems to be a rare Schroder frame.
Size 53x56 c-c BSA bottom bracket
Here we have a real Grandma of the velodromes!

Very nice frame. Looks like the hole in the forks is threaded - if so this would be for a stay which suported a super-long handlebar stem.
This would be a great project to build correctly. Good luck with the sale
