The ones I mentioned only come in 200, yes.
There used to be a 100 ISO version of Agfa Vista, but I think it's not produced anymore.
Same goes for 'budget' Kodak films ("Kodak Gold" and "Kodak FarbWelt" over here), there used to be ISO 100 versions, usually avaiable in 3-packs, but it's all ISO 200 now.
