weight: Hset saves about 50g, seatpost,pedals.
Other stuff is not really worth it.
I tried to make mine stiffer, rather than lighter, hence brakes, hbar,cranks.
makes a lot of difference to handling, though I'd love it to be 4lbs lighter.
