**Drive side bearing has seized, will need replacing. this should cost about £15-£25 at an LBS, or you can do it yourself with a bearing puller and the right sized bit of plastic tube

Otherwise good condition.
This is the *Ultratorque *system, which is superior and easier to maintain than the current, Powertorque system, in a lot of people's opinion
some minor scraping from front mech on inside of drive side arm (see pic)
39 ring will need replacing faily soon. 53 probably has a few thousand miles left on it yet if treated well.
