The fraudster that is Charlie Z Harris who already has a criminal record is not likely to be too worried about a bunch of fixie whingers who predominately live in London complaining about him amongst themselves.

Someone from the group that have been affected needs to compile a list of the relevant people involved, monies sent (inc dates) and the goods that have not been sent.
