Its FRAUD and this attached to your name will come back and haunt you forever.In twenty or thirty years time even a fraudulent car tax disc will rear its ugly head,trust me ive seen it happen.I was working at the BANK of ENGLAND money office,you know the one where them women worked out a way of stealing the used bank notes before they cut them in half for destruction(they made a film about it),armed cops arrived and took my mate away in handcuffs for having a bent tax disc on his criminal record

Doubt he is going to go in and out of the bank of england many times but car/house/top bunk/phone insurance and fraud don't mix well so a much more likely outcome is that somewhere down the line he goes to take out or renew insurance for something and is told to go do one as he has worked his way onto a blacklist. Credit rating will probably be trashed too as they will also take interest in the fraud which he might think won't bother him but everything from getting a mobile phone for £5 a month to a mortgage is going to be interested in his credit rating which will just flag back "fraud, don't trust him".
