Is that for tour watching? My preferred route out is the Dynamo route, which is also the route the tour takes, so might not be ideal if that's what your doing..

Taking in the 2nd best bit of the 3rd stage of the 101st Tour de France (best bit will clearly be the Limehouse Link tunnel), 35 miles of fine Essex blacktop on a beautiful summer evening, why would you want to be doing anything else?

...you must at least attempt an ascent of Swains on the way to the pub. If you happen to undertake Ludwig whilst doing it then you get bonus flair points.
