That's good to hear. How about a ban on mallet contact a fixed height up the shaft (mark with paint/tape etc)?
I like the idea of a Yellow and red card system so it's easier for referees to enforce 30 second penalties.

The hooking thing doesn't seem to be an issue here, or isn't perceived as one, so I doubt anything would change on that.
