Sir, this bike suits 182-187 cm tall fellows according to the official site's geometry table.
I know it. Trust me, I'm 187 cm, riding a frame with 17cm headtube and 57cm horizontal top tube. And another frame with 57 cm toptube as well..
The 58 cm Cube Peloton has a TT length (horizontal) of 56 cm and a headtube of 17.5cm.
Perfectly made for 182-187 cm tall people IMHO.
The 60cm is a very big frame, with very tall headtube. This bike will suit you fine..
The 60cm would look very silly for a guy with your height. It'd be even large for me.. :)
