Campagnolo hidden headset plastic thingy

I apologise for the convoluted title but I am talking about this one at page 2, first diagram, 4th from the top:

It's the only part that is not listed with a code for spares available and I sadly believe I did bin it. It's a tiny cheap-looking white plastic ring or sort of. Any idea where to find it? And... is it really needed?

Just to clarify, I am talking about the white plastic ring with "wings" that is shown here second from the right.

It's part of the bearing cone race which loads the top bearings against the steerer. Your headset won't work without it.

I've a BNIB hiddenset you can have for £20 if you like...

I hope to find it, but the lack of code for spare parts doesn't make me particularly optimistic.

They're definitely not what you'd call over-engineered objects if that's what you mean... I think if you put a wanted ad up on Bike Radar you might just get lucky but don't imagine you'll be able to source one from Campag dealers.
