But it is to some extent. Since he's been at the club he's been banned for giving opposition fans the middle finger, racism and biting. Yet it's always someone else's fault, he's victimised, the press pick on him, etc. and the club always rallies round him. Ultimately he's the cunt and he can't control himself, but his employer does fuck all about it because without him they'd be several places lower and wouldn't make the Champions League.
