well, there is some sign of lug detailing on the ht/dt lug, the seat stay caps are hollow and the it has flat crown forks, which would indicate a mid to late 70's model, the decor though could be arguably mapei gb, which would leave a time gap of approx a decade
there was a post in a certain colnago thread here of a '70's/80's roadie with 90's decor
