is it worth having a mission statement somewhere prominentt on the forum that deters fradulent activity e.g. velociti is watching you we track your isp we will catch up with you if you try to defraud our members????zero tolerance to fraud on classifieds etc etc all wrapped up in a spangly font and some whizz i whizz logo??
