Is it time to start calling out bad cyclists?

Just walked down Torrington place ...

I reckon people feel like they have to stay in or next to (why?) the cycle lane, and in the moment they don't even consider that there's an entire fucking road that they can legitimately use.

The trouble there (as someone who often cycles down the road there) is the amount of abuse you get from car drivers for blocking them from getting to the next red light five seconds quicker.
