Given that there are multiple of you, it would be worth collecting the evidence and going straight to the police.
It seems to me that this is a clear case of fraud.
For one transaction to fail would be something that is a rounding error... write it off, post in bad traders, or at best/worst make a claim in small claims court.
But more than one transaction of amounts that someone would hope you would write off, looks more like fraud.
The email address I have for the person is crazygill85@hotmail.co.uk , feel free to hand that to the police when you contact them.
The police may also like to know their IP address, the last seen is 81.151.235.210 which was seen on Wed, 28 May 2014 15:47:44 GMT. That is a British Telecom connection. He/She always connects from a Windows machine using the Chrome browser. He/She has two machines, both with crappy resolutions, both Windows devices running Chrome.
There are no likely aliases for this account.
Definitely collate the information and take it to the police. Whatever support I can give I will. I pretty much view fraud on cycle forums akin to stolen bike stuff... happy to go out of my way to help deter it.
