I haven't contacted them. After canvassing opinion from people who have been in the same situation it seems without proof of purchase the best outcome would be a decent discount on a new Pista.
As I was planning on selling (prior to discovering the crack) I have no need for a new Pista.
I cannot in any way speak for Condor or say what they would do. I would hope someone would buy this and repair it.
