Did you get one in the end?
How would you rate it? I've heard they can be a pain to fit if you need to use the shim.

Yeah bought one direct in the end as nowhere had them in stock. I found the set up straightforward. In use it shifts well, but every couple of weeks the lever develops lateral play, and I have to flip off the side cover and tighten the nut which holds it all together. It's a pain in the ass and the cover is now chewed up around the edge. I should just put some threadlock on the nut. Ryan's response was a bit lame, rather like this problem, but other than that I'd recommend it. ( there's also no alternative)! Of course it might not be a generalised problem, but Ryan's response had no element of 'we've never had that before', (or of apology, or offer to replace). I think Genesis were speccing them last year so they may have a clearer idea of whether this is a common issue.
