I bought in the gardens at the st anns road end beginning of last year. couldn't be happier. Admittedly I eat a lot of turkish food and spend a lot of time in the salisbury. There's lots more buggies and posh coffee shops doing artisan bread and the like as well as a farmers market if that's your thing.
There's a few of us on here in the area, and I've lived all over this part for years now between finsbury park and tottenham proper.
