This is rad. I'd guess about a 1984/85 frame - I don't think seat tube bottle mounts were introduced until then. I'd say the decals aren't original as they split the seat tube decals into two when there were bottle mounts to avoid, and the Columbus decal looks too low...and they are still in tact! The race number mount is a nice touch. Great job.
