Not that shitty. Lived in both Edmonton and Tottenham with daily loitering as a youf around Seven Sisters and yeah sure, bad rep and all, but from SS and down south, it's all peachy. That whole area west of the reservoir has really improved (whatever that means) over the past few years.
For all intents and purposes, I do see it flying rapidly towards gentrification/renovation/whatever. Cloned flats everywhere are cropping up.
