I´m in the same situation. I need quite urgently a BB spacer for my Miche italian threaded BB. I've been using it with a Shimano left cup in the last few months, but I had continuous creaks so I need to solve it asap.
One and only place I´ve seen them is on Ebay USA, sold by a guy who makes them himself, but the shipping to UK will take 10 to 15 days.
Anywhere in London where I could get them?
