also... in going to photograph it I realised there is a small but annoying problem. I had to cut off one of the rear cantilever brake bolts as it was seized. When it came off I congratulated myself on being very clever, but now realise of course that the rest of the bolt is stuck in the frame. Which is not so clever. There is a small amount still protruding so I think it should be possible to grip it in a vice or similar (which I don't have) and eke the bolt out. Worst-case scenario is a new canti boss I guess. So I am flexible on price!

No, sorry. I sold it to someone in Portugal in the end. Good luck with finding one though!

Dawes Galaxy frame + forks
In black, probably a 1993/4 (?) - one of the last 'made in England' ones. 531ST throughout. Usual wear marks and a couple of small spots of rust underneath chainstays but in good condition - paintwork really good and totally useable. One small dent on chainstay which has never caused problems. No nasties.
Includes BB and headset which both have plenty of life left in them. I replaced the BB about 2 years ago and haven't done more than 1000 miles on it since then, if that. The headset could do with a re-grease though.
