The 'Randonneur Chair'

After a week of no sleep, the spilling of blood, sweat, and a couple of tears, the 'Randonneur Chair' was finally born.
There are plans for a range of bicycle inspired furniture in a similar vein.

Inspired by the classic Constructeur hand-built racing and touring bicycles, the Randonneur Chair is handcrafted from Reynolds 631 steel tubing, Sapele hardwood and bicycle saddle leather courtesy of Brooks England. Using bicycle geometries and traditional frame-building techniques, it is both a celebration of cycling and of bespoke British craftsmanship. The rocking motion evokes the feeling of delight that riding a bicycle gives.
