Hmmm... These ones were installed a few months ago. Perhaps it's all of the stations?
It makes sense, though. My partner got a £50 charge not long ago for over using a bike. She called up and said she returned it within 15 minutes and they refunded the money without a problem (didn't even charge the £2 user fee - shhh!). I'm guessing they know it's an issue.
