I have this NOS 130mm..although a single bolt steerer clamp, this system differs in that the clamp system puts the pressure around all of the area around the steerer by clamping from the inside rather than one pressure point from the outside as per the std type.
Front is also a 1 bolt and is a 25.4mm clamp. The internal clamp is fitted for a 1" steerer.
