However I would say we develop very good players in this country. The problem is mentality.

I thought gerrard was mediocre at best. I did mention a few days/ weeks ago that trusting in players that have proven to blow it in big tournaments was a mistake. However Blaine's was also poor apart from a ten minute spell tonight and the less said about jagielka the better.

At least I can now concentrate on the beautiful game. Off to play polo in Sheffield then Padova, fucking football.

Hart seemed to keep his arms tucked out of the way for their second goal and almost ducked out the way of the shot. Ref didn't help by bottling the blatant second yellow for red in the first half. Arse.
