Does anyone know about the Sonic branded frame? It's exactly the same as the Fort 7005 Track (blue) but instead of saying Fort, it says Sonic. Seen a messenger riding one in London and if they're still produced I wouldn't mind getting one. Can't seem to find anything on them as it goes!

Londonengers riding Sonic branded bikes are likely to have got them from Sonic Cycles, non?

Yeah, I've looked there. It's not either of those though so I'm wondering if it's an older model they offered. Shame!

Any of you lot know what bottom bracket threading Forts usually have? I presume English but just double checking before buying anything. Cheers!

I presume English
There are at least 3 different BB threadings which could be called "English" :-)
Forts are 1.370"×24tpi BSC, LH thread on drive side, RH thread on NDS, 68mm shell width for road/track.

If it's the same as mine, that BB would fit, but JP400s are a bit shit, it would be worth paying the extra few quid for a Shimano UN55

Thanks a lot! I can't really afford anything more expensive than that at the minute unfortunately, the bottom bracket wasn't something I was planning on replacing for this build. Cheers for the help though!

Oh balls, didn't refresh the thread before buying the one on Planet X. That would have been perfect as well, sorry man!

Really nice build there Dakin. Are those^ your own decals? I really like them.
I've just built up my Track.Aero (with some serious help from Antidotes) I'll post some pics up soon.
