Update:
New wheels. Hope Pro 3 on A23s 32h DT something spokes. Rotor kranks. New chain, cassette and chainrings. New bar tape and a little adjusting of the cockpit as well. Like riding a new bike.
Ridden about 4k on it now. Love it.
