Not sure if there is a better place for this, 10:05 this am on Walton Street South Ken, courier on black roadie nearly got hit by a silver "black cab" coming the other way with the intention to intimidate/hit. Half the cab was on your lane. I saw you making a u turn and follow the driver. If you are here and need a statement let me know.
