  • I did have a crash and I'm definitely not supposed to be riding a bike. However, I need to lose weight and get healthy and the only way I know how is to ride my bike. I can't do impact sports because my back will go mental so I'm trying to do an hour of chilled laps every day.

    Swimming is a good sport during recovery, the water supports you and adds resistance, but obviously there are time swimming isn't possible. I love cycling but sometimes its best to stay away until healed else risk further harm.
