all you should need is a credit card and jacket. such a distance is a good opportunity to show yourself how little you need. for me at least, it's enjoyable doing distance with nothing/ as little as possible. if you have even a small feeling you might find it rewarding, give it a go! x
just read again... yeah carradice is good but attachments stay on your bike. ortlieb better if you'd prefer to keep frame clean x
