Ah yes the frame is completely stock and comes with the pulley wheel on the seattube for a regular front derailleur (clamp on) so the routing is along the toptube for the fd as well as rd.
You may be surprised how nice the psychlo x feel as a road bike tbh but yeah if you are set on a road bike thats what you should get. I dont currently own an ssr anymore (sold long ago) and the club was sold to bjammin on the forum recently so my only (yeah i know) IF is the one pictured below that will replace the psychlo-x (was for sale here too but you mad lot dident want anything to do with it) and the compact is being rebuilt these coming days. Just picked up an enve fork zipp bars, seatpost, stem and some 202 clinchers today actually.
