  • was going to stick my head in for a tinnie, but got stuck at work and now phone has died too. Enjoy. I hope the bugs aren't biting tonight.

  • Looks like a bit of rain on the way.

  • Was about to leave the house.

Not looking very promising, might risk it anyway.

  • It's looking black here, but no water falling yet. I may swerve anyway, feel knackered.

  • Bit wet out there tonight, wasn't too bad when it cleared up though, fair play to everyone that stayed til the shower passed!

  • Despite the heavy rain yesterday at the start of the session, we had a good ride throughout although no such 'racing', mostly endurance SQT. Similar to Saturday Inters and well worth it!

  • eireboy, I endured the heavy shower by riding around the track - glad I did as it kept me warm! Track bike looks a mess now...

  • I hid under the tent til it passed :P

  • Same here. Under cover for about 10 minutes, then I thought I'd rather ride in the rain, then listen to pro peloton banter.

  • @Athos - riding tonight?

  • According to this http://www.hernehillvelodrome.com/sessions_and_training/session_pathway/ now i've done my training accreditation i can do monday night training, that correct?

  • @dArtagnan - Indeed I am, I won't let you beat me this time!

“Never fear quarrels, but seek hazardous adventures.”

  • @Athos - what cog choose you for your steed this evening!

  • Correct Laner, you have zero excuses, apart from rain...
I however dismantled my track bike last night and fear that a lack of cranks may really slow me down.

  • I think you'd still beat me in a sprint.

  • Looks pretty fast no?

  • Lovin' the five spoke wheels - are they carbon!

  • Papier mache, much lighter than crabon

  • I'm pretty sure it can barspin though.

  • Quality session last night; good vibe!

  • Absolutely, well worth going!

  • I wasn't in the mood at 6pm for it but I had no valid reason not to other than 'Can't be arsed' so I forced myself to roll down and am very glad I did!

My legs were a bit tired after a full weekend of riding but I managed to stay in a two-girl break with Marmite for most of the last scratch so was happy with that.

  • Last minute decisions are always the best. Fact!

  • It always rains when I go to Monday sessions...
