    I went with a flourless chocolate torte.
    I've slightly fucked it up by over cooking the bottom layer.
    Balls.

    *I'm lazy so I take my avocado and mush it with two spoons, which I've used to measure out the other ingredients.

    The key being 'carb' loading. That's not a euphemism for smashing everything in the fridge into my face. No, that's normal eating. :)
