The scabs that have grown over my nipples after Sundays sweaty 3 hour run. Have cracked, and/or fallen off. Leading to both discomfort and heavy seepage. My light Orange polo top now has two wet circles, and I keep wincing irratically.
I am walking around work looking like a lactating man With love balls up his jacksey.
I neglected to tape said nipples on Sunday as I am a 'belm'.
