right. so not a portmanteau of 'bell-end' and 'helmet' then - two popular and otherwise perfectly serviceable insults i'd be happy to employ whilst describing you to friends and family, if you'd prefer.
maybe i should put an entry on urbandictionary.com to that effect seeing as you appear to treat it as an authority on such matters.
