If you think that the existence of a context-free list of banned insults is possible, relevant or useful then you are precisely as feckless as I believe.

To misquote (slightly) a justice on the US supreme court:

I shall not today attempt further to define the kinds of material I understand to be embraced within that shorthand description; and perhaps I could never succeed in intelligibly doing so. But I know it when I see it, and the insult involved in this case is not that.
