Personally, I'm a fan of getting the fuck off any big streets as fast as physically possible. Riding in London scares me.
I can ride along at a slower pace as long as I'm on little tiny streets, with little or no other bicycle traffic.
The Hire bikes have allowed me to explore new routes away from the crowds, and that's been good.
