I am in the same situation - so bump.
Any ideas on decent non OS bars in silver, short reach, shallow drop, ideally with internal cable routing?
So far the closest reasonably priced match is Deda 215's

I just got a set of the Soma Highway 1 bars. Back in stock in most places in UK I think I got them via - http://www.fine-adc.com/. But SJS have them. Look really nice, quality is decent, but only have a single cable groove, not internal. Drill them? Never sure if that is totally safe or not.

I've got a set of double grooved piegas that turned out to be too narrow for me (they're 40cm, was looking for 42-44). £5?

Could be very interested in those. What does the actual reach measure out at on the Piegas? I know it says 75mm online, is that accurate?
Was thinking of trying a set of Piegas out as my next option. My wife tried the Soma bars on Sunday and was still having trouble reaching the levers. And the shape didn't help get good strength braking from the hoods. (Although it might all be hampered by the reach of the Ergo levers themselves.)

I'll measure them up this evening and let you know.

That's great. Appreciate it.

And I can take the Soma HWY 1 off you if the Piega are good.

Apologies, I have the Nera kicking about, not the Piega. Reach seems to be 100mm, drop 140mm and 420mm wide.
No good for you either, Vince? -

Tomoh - Nevermind. Thanks for looking them out, but too long a reach.
Marxist_Vulcan - Dropped you a pm. Do like the Speciales, but probably not the right bend for her.
Vince - Will give you first shout should I be moving the Somas on, but reckon we'll try a shorter stem first. It's an 80mm Nitto Technomic Deluxe, so if anyone has a shorter.

I read this article and it was interesting so I thought I would share.
SJS have the Soma HWY back in stock so I will probably go for these

Bumping this for myself.
Deda 215 in silver will work too. The shallow ones.
Soma HWY are still not in stock :-(
The only ones 'near' what I want are these:

Thanks for the link - I am after silver ones but white will actually do.
I think I will just buy them new in white.
Have some rep'
As title. Looking for some..
Silver
26.0 clamp handlebars
Reach of 65 to 75 mm.
40cm wide (38cm wide may just be okay too)
Shallow drop
At least a single groove for cables. Will be using 2004 Campag Ergo levers
I'd buy some Soma Highway One bars but UK stockists all seem to be waiting new supply.
Any suggestions for short reach and small hands welcomed.
May end up getting some Deda Piega bars if nothing in silver turns up.
Any idea if these measure out true to spec
