Brompton 3 speed with full mudguards, M3l so with the raised handlebar, turkish green.
Bike was very lightly used before I got it and I've use it 3 times in the last 10 months or so. Have the shop receipt from the original owner, think it retailed for around £895.
I am looking for £550, let me know if any good for you.

^im pretty sure that's an M model, the H has an extra 60 mm between the stem hinge and the headset, plus older style brake levers were phased out before the H models came in. I think.

I don't think my dad wants to push past £500. I'll check and update accordingly.

Evell, not sure how urgent it is, but I'll more than likely be selling my orange 2013 M3L model at the end of this month as I'll no longer need it.

Don't mind buying either of the bromptons mentioned in this thread, orange one or the turkish green one, are they still for sale

Salmonchild - It seems my father had assumed he can get one for £500 or less. I looked around and it does seem possible, but probably not a recent model. Also, are we now saying yours is a M3L?
JB - what sort of price were you looking for the orange one?

Well I'd want to sell the Brompton along with the 'T Bag' which retails at £100 itself. So I'd want £600 to be honest but could maybe be convinced to sell for £550. £650 or so if I was selling on eBay...

JB, £550 with the bag could be doable - my dad was specific about not wanting to spend more than £500 but it looks like I could ebay the bag for £50.
What's the condition like? Is it the upgraded 2013 version (new chainset/braklevers etc.)?

Hey jb I am willing to pay 560 and can collect as soon as possible

New model with updated chainset/levers/brakes etc. Condition is good - a couple of scratches associated with daily use. I will take some pictures closer to the time. I need it until the end of the month so will clean it and take pictures then.

Jay12, I see you just joined the forums yesterday so here's a bit of advice: rather than trying to jump in on my wanted ad and gazump me by a tenner, why don't you just start your own wanted thread?

Sounds fine to me. Just get in touch when you are ready to sell and we can take it from there.

Good stuff - will PM you once I can get rid of these awful tiny wheels. Convenient as anything, but I don't enjoy riding it in the slightest!
My dad is looking for one of these. He wasn't too specific - he just said 'find me a decent second hand Brompton'.
From this I read: any entry level steel frame 3 speeder would seem ideal - I can't imagine he will want something too upmarket or custom. He openly mocks my single speed bikes so I can't imagine he'd want the SS version. Condition can be variable - he is a competent spanner wielder and won't mind a few scratches or chips on the frame.
Tell me what you have...
EDIT: Max price £500 - so any very recent models are probably out
