My feedback is constructive. If a bunch of people can't make a polo thing because they chose to make it to another polo thing then we need to have a think about options: should this happen on a Friday (a day less busy with polo events) or is it something that's not a priority for people right now. There is nothing that's not constructive in reflecting on this with 7 people saying they wanted to do it but then 3 saying throw ins instead on the evening. There is no obligation and yes people can choose but reflecting on it is not THAT wrong.
