I operate a last in, first out policy in my makeshift plastic bag dispenser.

This bothers me because the bags at the back have been neglected.

Is this OCD?

We used to have a sort of fabric sleeve for plastic bags, elasticated at top and bottom with a bit of string at the top to hang it on a hook. New plastic bags could be stuffed in at the top, and you always took from the bottom, like a paper towel dispenser.

Problem solved! Think my nan stitched it out of an offcut.
